The Alkalife tabs are working nicely for me. 😊. I’ve been testing my urine ph for several weeks now and despite drinking a lot of pure lemon juice everyday, my urine remained very acidic UNTIL I started the tabs. Now my daily readings are neutral. The tabs are easy to swallow with my meals. I plan on staying on them long term. Thank you for a wonderful product. And thank you for the emailed document of alkalizing foods. I'm making menu changes based on that chart.

read the directions. I am still giving a 5 star, i can't punish a product because i didn't read the directions....read the directions.read the directions. it says 'don't drink in concentrated form...'what did i do? first, think i put a few drops on my tongue...it burned...I also spilled some on my thumb, which burned too. I might have had a previous burn on my thumb from cooking...but the burn is worse now. i also read later, you should not allow direct skin contact, and wash area if affected....you have been warned...read the directions!
I recently switched from a Brita filter over to AquaTru's reverse osmosis purified water, and a part of the transition was learning how RO changes the water pH after filtering. After you've made some RO water, the pure water absorbs ambient CO2 and becomes more acidic, which can be bad for your teeth if you don't add minerals back to the water.I purchased Alkalife since it seemed to be fairly strong with the claim it will make your water 10pH, and some chemical pH test drops to see how it effects 1/2 gallon of RO water (test strips for water pH tend to be very inaccurate). Personally we don't need 10pH water for drinking, just something to raise the RO water pH out of 'acidic' range.To breifly summarize the test results:- Tap water in our area is 8.0pH- RO water is about 6.5pH or less- 0.5gal RO water + 1 Alkalife drop 7.5-8pH- 0.5gal RO water + 2 Alkalife drop ~9pH- 0.5gal RO water + 3 Alkalife drop 9.5-10pHThe product's directions say to add your 2-3 drops to a much smaller volume of water to achieve 10pH than what I tested, but I'm very surprised it was able to change the pH with so little added! I can only imagine how basic it would be when used as directed. The good news for us is we only need to use about 1 Alkalife drop for every batch of RO water, which is WAY more economical than purchasing a remineralization filter. I'll keep experimenting with different pH testing parameters with our water, but will probably keep using Alkalife for the value.As for Alkalife's taste, we don't notice anything unpleasant, but we're only adding a fraction of what's directed.
Used another brand. This one uses less and tastes better to me. Love drinking water again.
Alkaline drops are good for people that need alkaline water etc. worth the money
I suffer with severe chronic insomnia because of my Nocturia (getting up multiple times a night to urinate),and although these drops didn't help lessen trips to the bathroom it did help lessen the uncomfortable sometimes painful inflammation of my bladder ,so far ,only after a couple days .I guess because it really was affective in making my body/urine less acidic. Right now, I only use 3 drops in one glass of water once a day,not 5 times a day like the bottle says. Remember to shake the bottle vigorously,and add 3 drops to a FULL glass of water otherwise the water will have a horribly weird fishy taste.
I used these drops as directed and compared my mixture to bottled TEN 10 pH Alkaline Spring Water using my aquarium pH test kit and they appeared exactly the same (indigo).
Make sure to calculate the amount of drops needed for the container you are using to drink water in. Saved me money from buying other water products that already have a high pH already in them. Save the customer money from buying overpriced water bottles.
I bought a couple of these because they were on sale; normally I use another brand. That said, they work great, just be careful and test your water. I drink a lot of bottled water and use drops to increase PH level. When I first break into a case of water I test it, then I put as many drops as required into each bottle to raise the PH to a 9 or 10 at most (it's unhealthy to go much above that). The bottled water I have has a PH of 4.6, so I put in 1 drop and retested; after only 1 drop it went up to a 9.5. I repeated this with several other bottles as well and I used two different liquid PH test kits and got the same results. So, all I'm saying is to be careful. The instructions indicate 3 drops per glass, which in my case would have put it well over 10 (I didn't test 3 drops because my tester only goes up to 10, so there's no point). Of course, it could be just this one bottle of solution is unusually strong, I don't know, but this is a very good case where testing kept me from drinking water that was too high in PH.As a comparison, the other drops I normally use (I won't say the brand, but you can find them on Amazon), says to use 3 drops per glass and when I do, it raises the PH to the 9 to 10 range. So, for those drops, what's on the label is accurate.
Works as advertised. Instructions are accurate. Tested with paper ph paper. Definitely buying again.
My doctor recommended drinking alkaline water. I bought gallons at the grocery store while I researched sustainable options. I bought a highly reviewed and popular filtered water pitcher. The filters were supposed to last 70 days, but testing with ph test paper, they were ineffective after 3 weeks. So, I tried AlkaLife drops. 6 drops in a 12 oz. glass of water brings the ph up to >9.0. The drops are cheap compared to the other options and convenient. I will definitely keep using these.
Good to alter the pH of water to make sure it's alkaline
Made a world of difference in the taste of my coffee. We have acidic well water. I was blaming the coffee pot and the brand of coffee but nothing I did changed the 'blah' taste I was getting until I put these drops in the water before I brewed it and wow....big difference! It tastes good again!
the PH value was amazing.
3 drops did turn my filtered water at home to 10 alkalinity. The only complaint I have is that it is not really tasteless. it has a funny taste that I cannot describe. It does not make the water cloudy though. I like the fact that it is made in the USA.Ok. This is a few weeks after the last review. I found that 2 drops is enough to turn my water alkaline. Also I found that if I shake the bottle vigorously before I dispense the drops, that funny taste seems to have disappeared.
It's effective at raising the pH of a drink in a controlled way. Three drops per 8 ounces is a bit much for me at this time. Once I figured out how to control the amount to add, this stuff turned into a priceless EDC. Until I start making my own DIY sodium/potassium hydroxide solution, I will continue to buy this. It’s super fascinating that so many people don’t understand the importance of controlling what goes in your mouth, much less the pH of those consumables.
I love this product! I just moved and haven't found my alkaline strips yet but I add about 8 drops to my water bottle and it improves the taste of everything. I take a powdered supplement that I usually have to choke down but when I add the drops, the overall taste is much more palatable. After a few weeks of using this, I have noticed a dramatic increase in toxins leaving my body which I suppose it the point and which is why I believe it is working to detox and alkalize my body. I understand that you may not get the exact number of servings stated, but considering the fact that the company can't estimate what kind of water you use, how acidic your body and your food may be, it is worth using what it takes and getting results rather than being concerned about getting the exact number of servings indicated. It is a reasonably priced product and improves your health and I will be reordering.
I like this product for easy access to alkaline water when traveling. Three drops in one cup of water and the ph is 9.

I really like it but it is kind of expensive. My acid reflux doesn't hurt me near as bad when I use this in my water. I carry it with me at all times! I just wish it was a little less expensive.
I don't know if it's cheaper than buying alkaline water all the time, but much more convenient, I never run out of my water. I fill a carafe that measures 4 cups, add the drops, drink 2 carafes/day and I'm all set.
